Try somethin like blackra1n or redsnow, there free and they both work for me. Blackra1n for under 4.0 and redsnow for 4.0, and if ur model of ur ipod says MC you cant jailbreak it, only if it says MB, MC means they fixed it so you cant jailbreak it. Any more info just send me a message

If u want to use jailbreak me then restore ur iPod then try it
